About this service

You may understand logically that everything is probably okay, yet still feel hijacked by anxious thoughts and urges. A delayed text, change in tone, difficult conversation, important decision, or fear of making a mistake can send your mind searching for certainty—and keep you stuck there.

In this structured, supportive group, you’ll learn practical tools to calm your body, step out of rumination, communicate more securely, and move forward without waiting to feel completely certain. Each session combines straightforward education, guided exercises, coaching-style support, and a small action step to practice during the week.

This is a psychoeducational skills group, not psychotherapy. It focuses on learning, practice, and support and does not include diagnosis, individualized treatment, or crisis care.

Pain points

Does any of this feel familiar?

“I spiral after a text, a change in tone, conflict, distance, or uncertainty in a relationship.”

“I replay conversations and search for signs that something is wrong.”

“I keep asking for reassurance, checking, or rereading messages—but the relief never lasts.”

“I overwork or try to do everything perfectly so I can feel safe, accepted, or good enough.”

“I get stuck overthinking decisions because I’m afraid of making the wrong choice.”

“I understand what’s happening logically, but anxiety still takes over my behavior.”

How it works

What the group covers

Nervous-System Regulation

Learn practical body-first techniques for interrupting an anxiety spiral before it takes over. These tools can help you pause, regain perspective, and respond more intentionally.

The Spiral Map

Identify your personal pattern of trigger, body alarm, anxious story, and reactive behavior. Understanding this sequence helps you recognize and interrupt it earlier.

Attachment-Pattern Education

Learn why uncertainty in relationships can activate powerful emotional alarms. You’ll practice more secure ways to respond when closeness, conflict, or distance feels threatening.

Reassurance-Loop Reset

Understand why reassurance provides short-term relief but can strengthen anxiety over time. You’ll create alternative responses that build self-trust instead of dependence on repeated checking.

Parts-Informed Exercises

Approach the worried, perfectionistic, or protective sides of yourself with curiosity rather than shame. This can reduce inner conflict and help you make choices from a calmer, more grounded place.

“Good Enough” Decision Tools

Replace perfectionism and paralysis with realistic decision rules, micro-commitments, and manageable next steps.

Secure Communication and Boundaries

Practice expressing needs, setting boundaries, and navigating difficult conversations without panicking, over-explaining, or abandoning yourself.

Personal Reset and Relapse Plan

Build a repeatable toolkit for future anxiety spikes so that a difficult moment is less likely to become a days-long spiral.
