Questions & Answers

Questions Are Normal

Starting therapy (or starting again) can feel like a lot. Here are some quick answers to common questions. If you're still unsure, I can help you sort it out on a free 15-minute video consultation.

I work mostly with adults dealing with anxiety, trauma, shame, depression, and that heavy "I’m behind in life" feeling. My style blends nervous system education, habit support, trauma-informed care, and IFS therapy parts work.

Yes. My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental. I go at your pace and create a safe space so you can explore deep feelings without being overwhelmed.

A free consultation is a 15-minute video call where I ask what you’re hoping to work on, share how I approach those issues, and help you decide if it feels like a good fit.

If you’re seeing me as a client, it’s therapy with a formal intake and ongoing sessions. Content and email resources are education and reflection only — not therapy.

I currently offer online sessions only. All therapy is done via secure telehealth video.

I’m licensed to provide therapy to adults physically located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, and Maine at the time of session.

I am private pay and the fee is $175 per 55-minute session. Some clients use out-of-network benefits and submit a superbill for possible reimbursement.

I’m not able to provide crisis or emergency services. If you’re in immediate danger or in a mental health crisis, call 988, go to the nearest emergency room, or contact your local crisis line.

Warm and human, grounded and practical, and curious about your parts. You can bring your messiness, skepticism, and “I’ve tried this before” stories.

The first step is to book a free 15-minute video consultation. I’ll ask what you’re looking for, where you’re located, and whether my approach feels like a good fit.
